Completely understanding our client's needs is very
important to us.
We have put in place a process of discussions, planning, and open communication to ensure your satisfaction. Please be assured that during the renovation process, you will receive skillful management, consummate care and personalized attention.
Step 1: Communicating your dream
The first step is to meet. This will give us the opportunity to get to know each other to help us fully understand your needs, wishes, goals and budget range. This information will allow us to determine how best to help you with your home improvement needs and formulate a preliminary estimate.
Step 2: The preliminary estimate and design
We will then present a preliminary verbal estimate to you. In all likelihood, there will be plenty of changes, relative to project size, but this information will be a good starting point for further discussions. As your design comes into clearer focus, so will the cost of your investment.
If you are satisfied with the preliminary estimate, the next step involves creating a design plan for your approval. A design fee, which is included in the preliminary estimate, will be requested. (We may also request to take additional measurements.)
Step 3: Finalization of your design plan
Then, we will present you with your new design plan. Together, we will review your project design and, if necessary, we will make further revisions until it meets with your satisfaction.
Step 4: The final estimate and agreement
Based on the final design, we will present you with a comprehensive construction agreement for your project. This will include:

two sets of design plans

a written detailed estimate specifying products and services which we will provide

a construction agreement outlining our responsibilities

a start and completion date for your project

a payment schedule based on work progress
Step 5: Construction and Oversight
Careful planning early in the process means a smooth renovation. Now construction begins. Bill Karafillis and the KARAF tradespeople will make your renovation a reality with as little disruption to your life as possible. You will soon be enjoying your newly renovated home!
